Before we start the guide, there are some preparations we need to do:
1. User login
Run the Xilisoft-Mobile-Phone-Manager, the User Login window appears. If you are first time to use this Mobile phone manager, you need to create a new account first by clicking the New Account button.
Choose your account name from Username drop-down list and enter your password in Password textbox, and click OK button to log in Xilisoft-Mobile-Phone-Manager.

2. Find and connect phone devices
Click “Actions” and then click “Add New Device” menu option to open Connection Wizard window.
(1) Detect device: check USB Cable or Bluetooth option, then click Next button to view the mobiles the mobile phone manager has found.
(2) Connect device: select the mobile you want to connect in the list of found devices, and click Next button to connect the mobile.
Tips:
1) One phone cannot be connected in two ways;
2) If the connection fails, click View Reasons to check the issue;
3) When your mobile phone needs Bluetooth paired, the Bluetooth Match window will pop up, then enter the password in the Bluetooth Code textbox, and also enter the password in the mobile phone.
(3) Connected: when the mobile phone connection succeeded, the Connected successfully window appears. Click Finish button to open the main window of the program, you'll see all connected mobile phones are displayed in the left tree list.
Tips:
1) To re-connect the device that is failed to connect, please double click the device to re-connect it in the list of found devices;
2) To return to the found phones window, please click Back button.
Guide 1: Backup mobile data
Xilisoft-Mobile-Phone-Manager makes it easy to backup mobile data to computer.
Select a phone or local node you want to backup in the left tree list of the main window,, then mobile data statistic information will be displayed in the right of main window.
Click Backup data to PC button to open Data Backup window, and check the items to backup.
If you do not want to change the default path, you could click Change... button to change the backup path and data name.
Click OK to begin the backup of mobile data.
Tip:
You can add a password for backup file to protect your data: select Enable option and enter a password in the textbox. This password is needed when restoring this file.
Guide 2: Restore Mobile data
You can restore a backup mobile data file to any phones in the same model or import it to other phone models, or overwrite local mobile data with the backup mobile data file.
Select a phone or local node you want to restore in the left tree list of the main window,, then mobile data statistic information will be displayed in the right side.
Open Restore Data window by clicking Restore data button next to the backup button in the bottom, all the backup mobile data files are listed in the left list. Select a backup file, then the mobile phone manager starts to resolve this file and lists all resolved data in the Data Index list.
Check the items you want to restore, and click OK button to start the restoring. When the restore finishes, click OK button.
Tip:
If your backup file is encrypted, the program will ask you to enter the password.
Guide 3: Copy mobile data from pc to mobile
The program could import local data from pc to mobile for the convenience of managing mobile data.
Select Local node in the left tree list and click Copy local data to phone button at the bottom, the Data Copy window appears.
In the Mobile Data Copy window, select one of the following conflict data solutions you want:
Add New Record: not overwrite original mobile data, but add new record mobile data;
Replace: replace original mobile data;
Skip: skip the same mobile data and keep the original mobile data;
Manually set: not process conflict mobile data when copying data, but process conflict mobile data manually when copy finished.
Click Next button to check the items you want to copy. You can adjust the settings of the following copy items:
Click Start Copy button to start copying local data.
Tips:
1) If there are multiple phones connected to your PC, the program will reminds you to select the phone you want to copy mobile data to;
2) Copying data will overwrite the original mobile data. Please backup mobile data before copying in the case of losing original mobile data.
Guide 4: Copy mobile data to local
You could copy mobile data to local.
Select a phone node in the left tree list, and click Copy mobile data to local button at the bottom of the window to open Data Copy window.
In the Data Copy window, select one of the following conflict data rules you want:
(1) Add New Record: not overwrite original data, but add new record data;
(2) Replace: replace original data;
(3) Skip: skip the same data and keep the original data;
(4) Manually set: not process conflict data when copying data, but process conflict data manually when copy finished.
Click Next button to check the items you want to copy as required: Contacts, Messages, E-mail, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, and Favorites.
Click Start Copy button to start to copy phone data to local.
Tip:
1) You can adjust the settings of the copy items. For the details on the settings, please refer to the setting steps in the Copy local data to phone.
2) Copying data will overwrite the original data. Please backup phone data before copying in the case of losing original phone data.
Guide 5：Synchronize mobile data

Select a phone node in the tree list, and click Sync button at the bottom of the window to open Data Sync window.
Tip:
You can click Sync button on the top right, and choose Mobile Phone, Local or Outlook from the drop-down list to open Data Sync window.
In the Data Sync window, select one of the following conflict data rules:
(1) Phone items replace Local items;
(2) Local items replace phone items;
(3) Skip, no modification: skip the same data and keep the original data;
(4) Manually set: not process conflict data when copying data, but process conflict data manually when copy finished.
Click Next button, then the program will compare the data and displays all the data in the list. Check the items you want to synchronize, and adjust the settings of the copy items:
Click Start Sync button to start synchronizing data between phone and local.
Tips:
1) You can click Stop button at any time when synchronizing data to cancel the synchronization.
2) After synchronization finished, you can click Display Details button to open details for checking.
3) If you want to process them in singles, then select the item you want to process, click Manual Set button to select Copy from left to right or Copy from right to left from the drop-down list, then click OK button to start synchronizing data.
