Step 1: Downloaded vlc media player, and installed it.

Step 2: Open your video files with vlc media player, and click "stop" button.

Step 3: Click "Media" choose "Streaming...", a dialog box appears.

Step 4: Add your video files that you want to covert. Click "Stream" button. Then click "Next" button

Step 5: In the destination pannel, type in the file name in the "File" field with the extension of .flv, .wmv or others (example, ddd.wmv). Click "Stream".

You made it. Your video file start to convert to other formats which you like. If you are using large file then it may take some time to convert. This operation is quite easy to master.
